- Picture this light showering down upon you, filling your body with unconditional love.
Let this light flow through:
- The top of your head, forehead, and eyes, relaxing your face and jaw.
- Your neck, shoulders, and arms, softening the tension in each muscle.
- Your back, spine, and nervous system, creating a sense of ease and balance.
