Meditation
Find a comfortable seated or lying position, ensuring your head and neck are supported. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, and breathe in and out. Allow yourself to sink into this moment as we begin this journey into deep relaxation.
Breathing and Relaxation
Begin by noticing your breath.
- Inhale: “I am breathing in.”
- Exhale: “I am breathing out.”

Scanning the Body
