Teaching

The floww state is a state of being where you lose awareness of time and space, often experienced during activities like creative pursuits, sports, or play. It’s a place of deep concentration and joy that feels effortless, as though something greater is moving through you.

When you’re in the flow state, your energy connects with the universe or higher power, flowing from the top of your head to your feet, and radiating outward like ripples in a pond. This state amplifies your unique gifts and purpose, aligning your actions with high vibrational energy.


Guided Meditation

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where your head and neck are supported. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Relax your shoulders, jaw, arms, and legs. Allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you. Begin to connect with your breath:

Visualizing Flow

Picture the energy of flow as light streaming from the heavens through the top of your head, moving through your body, and grounding into the earth. Imagine this light:


Exploring Your Flow State

Allow your mind’s eye to show you what brings you into your positive flow state:

Trust that the universe will provide images, ideas, or feelings unique to your path. There is no right or wrong—simply allow the awareness to arise.


Anchoring the Energy

As the energy of flow continues to move, bring your focus back to your heart space. Visualize breathing all that energy into your heart, consolidating it within your body.
