All is Well: Vibrational Healing Affirmations

Hello and welcome. This is Jennifer Michaels, and I was guided today to offer a healing vibration to assist anyone in immediate need of feeling better.

Simply by listening to my voice, you can begin to relax. Take a moment to find a quiet and safe space where you won’t be disturbed.


Settling In

Close your eyes, drop your shoulders, and relax your jaw. Let your eyelids grow heavy, and allow your arms and legs to feel heavy as well. Begin to feel your breath as it moves in and out.

Know that no matter what’s happening in your life, unless something requires your immediate attention, you can take this moment to be still. Affirm to yourself:


Breathing into Peace

Breathe in deeply and exhale softly. Allow my voice to bring a healing vibration, and let your mind and consciousness uplift your soul and spirit. Remember that your words create worlds.

As I speak, and as you repeat these affirmations internally, you’re creating a new experience for yourself.


Connecting with the Divine

Visualize God, the universe, or your higher power above your head or inside your heart. Feel the voice of the divine, alongside my voice and your own internal voice, repeating:

Feel your vibration rising as your body and mind relax. Let yourself connect with your heart, your soul, and the great spirit that holds all things.


Relaxing and Releasing

Scan your body gently. Notice if you’re holding any tightness or tension. As you breathe, let those areas relax. Allow peace to flow through your body as you repeat:

Visualize yourself calm and happy, moving through your day, week, and month with ease and grace. Feel the grounding and centered energy of this affirmation supporting you.


Closing the Meditation

You’re doing great. Be proud of yourself for taking these few moments to be still, to connect with your body, mind, heart, and soul. Visualize yourself moving forward with a grounded sense of peace, knowing that all is well.

Whisper or say aloud:

When you’re ready, wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing yourself back to the present moment. Place a smile on your face, allowing the endorphins to anchor this sense of peace.
